Booster Club : 2009 Scholarship Awards

The following 6 players were awarded $1000 scholarships by the Hebron High School Football Booster Club at the Banquet on January 28th. The scholarships are to be used towards college enrollment

Booster Club : Hawk Online Tools

There are a few tools that I have developed for both the Hawk community. The first is an athletic profile site called [ Hebron Players ]. Any varsity athlete at Hebron can use this site to create an online profile to share his/her accomplishments.

Second, I have created a tool called [ College Track ] for the student athlete and family to match his/her abilities and interests with schools that provided post HS athletic opportunities. My son Wes has been using both of these tools and is having success in his pursuit of a school to participate in Track & Field.

Both of these applications has undergone significant changes over the last 6 weeks so please check them out if you have not done so recently. As always, feedback is welcomed.

District 6-5A : Canned Food Drive

Update (11/19): Ray Pool, one of the Coppell trainers who came up with this idea, has informed us that 1500 cans of food were collected by the 6 schools in our district. Considering the short notice and publicity level of this event, we consider this a huge success during these tight times.

We are pleased to announce that the District 6-5A schools are pulling together for a food drive to help support CCA and the North Texas Food Bank. Bring your canned goods to this Friday's football game and the training staff for Hebron will collect your donation. Many thanks goes to the Coppell training staff for coming up with the idea and the trainers, coaches and administrators of 6-5A working together for this worthy cause.

Collection bins will be at the incoming gates at both home and visitors side. Lets Bring The Wood and show our Hebron pride. Thanks for the help.
